Confrontation and de-escalation - attachment-theory and body language

One of the results of the focus-meeting in Arnsberg with the theme “responsibility” has been that teachers have to optimize the professional skills. So the teacher-team of Ruth-Cohn-Schule decided that they have to work out the knowledge about relationship between the life-situation of our students, their perception and the options of behavior they have learned and use in their day-to-day-life.

For the teachers it was hard work to watch themselves, to reproduce the motives and to learn on which level of escalation they are and what they can do in such a situation.

The trainers gave direct feedback and controlled the development of the training.

Leen Bulté our Belgian COMENIUS-friend was invited to take part in the training. So the ideas can also take effect in BuSo Don Bosco in Halle.

We are sure that the new inspirations will bring our professional work forward.
